I'm also searching for something similar: the 15DoF vehicle model. Especially the mathematical derivation is what interests me.
my answer as following:
the software called CATIA can simulate the motion and output the movement curve,also,you can analyze it,aslo,the sofeware ADAMS can do it.
your question is quite general, a simple answer may : Newton's laws of motion F=ma. But to model a car is complicate, and you need to make clear which kind of charater of a car you want to model, and what you are going to do with this model. if you want to study vehicle dynamics, there are plenty of books titled with "vehicle dynamics" like:

thnx lauv , i want to model a four wheel car later on that i want to add controller for its obstacle detection,position control by dead reckoning and also lane tracking.
i just want a simple modeling of a car right now later i will add controller according to the parameters.
