your article „Mathematical Model of Reliability of Restored Technical System” is excellent. I also use a similar approach, Markov’s processes and apply the formula of Kolmogorov. The problem unfortunately in this case is that the model of Markov does not give an idea of the important components of maintenance, such as the time intervals in which the electronics system is in a state of preventive or emergency recovery its performance.
This makes it impossible to take into account downtime in case of emergency or prophylactic Recovery waiting time (time from detection of denial until the start of another recovery) due to inefficient organization of repairs or due to perceived concept of waiting when failures are close in time until the start of the next planned prophylaxis areas of inaction in the hidden failures and others. This does not allow for correct evaluation parameters of the maintenance.
I'm trying to find a connection between the way we do maintenance, concrete parameters of reliability for each particular equipment for specific operating conditions. Attempted to reflect the importance of the equipment (whether it's home electronics equipment or electronics equipment whose reliability depends on people's lives, health and human security), i.e. whether it is desirable reliability to be good or reliability must be very high. Technical systems used by military, healthcare, industrial, energy, and many other fields being a part of an overall business, require security policies, vulnerabilities and threats analyses, a comprehensive understanding of risk factors and a possible impact on business in each case.
Also, it is very important to have clearly defined standards and metrics for secure incident prevention and handling loss/recovery terms. Hence, a good theory of planning maintenance in such systems is a very much foundational and needed specific basic knowledge in securing the business.
Yes Mr.Len Leonid Mizrah, this what you write is quite true. So I think that the problem is important in all fields of the technique. So I try to find a universal solution.
