I have already purchased constructs for Origene and never had problems with them.

They sell tagged and untagged version of human CD36 in classical expression vectors (pCMV6)  as well as in vectors allowing for the production of lentiviral particles (see link).

They also sell the empty vectors that go with the clones.  It should cost you around $1000 to get both, so it isn't cheap! It may be cheaper to clone it yourself, which is quite straight forward if people in your lab are used to these kind of things.
