Have you measured the blank (substrate itself) using the same setting as you did for your sample? In this way, you could easily justify that your results are genuine or not.

Earlier I tried using a laser of 532 and power 1.5 but it shows more noise when compared to the present data. My major doubt lies with the peaks lying in the range 2500 to 3200 cm-1. Like the reasons for such an intense peak?

Yes i did try for the substrate as well but it shows a better spectra that can be analysed easily
is it solved now? what was your precursor? I am also not getting desired data for powder XRD.
