I have couple of queries related to SINGLET OXYGEN detection by DPBF:
On what basis the concentration for DPBF/ Rose Bengal and samples are fixed?
Do they (RB/DPBFand samples) have a fixed concentration to be followed in experiments?
Does quantum yield have a fixed value range too?
Kindly guide me through.

diphenylisobenzofuran (DPBF) is a fluorescent molecule which possesses a highly specific reactivity towards singlet oxygen (O2) forming an endoperoxide which decomposes to give 1,2-dibenzoylbenzene. This reaction between DPBF and O2 can be followed by measuring the decrease in fluorescence intensity of DPBF.
you need to check that experimently, as DPBF it also reacts with different radical species.
