I am conducting a study about a developed module. I want to know if I can use a survey questionnaire with Likert scale to evaluate the content validity. What statistical tool I am going to use to analyze the data gathered??

Content validity is evaluated by the degree of consensus in the judgments of domain experts as to the presence and suitability of the desired features of your module (or, more typically, measure). While many examples of trying to quantify this appear in various disciplines, it all boils down to what degree of agreement convinces you (and any others involved) that the target work is good for the intended purposes with the intended audience/population?
That's a judgment call on your part, and requires an ad hoc threshold. For example, you might insist that: (a) 80% or more of your experts concur that each target feature is appropriately presented; and (b) there are no instances of missing features/content identified by more than 10% of your experts. It's up to you.
