The story is I found that the watershed map simulated by model were not match with the actual watershed map, so I ask help from a professor. He suggested me only change to line up my modeling reach node with an actual monitoring location.
I am a little confused with that, how to line up my modeling reach node with an actual monitoring location? Input the coordinates of actual monitoring location as sub basin outlet？

yes Lui its a technical problem with your model:
may be the projection is not equal for the simulated map and actual map or may be some others error.

Hi there,
The way to line up the watershed reaches is to add an outlet in the required points with the geo-statistical detail. By then you are forcing the model to use that point as contributing catchment outlet and it will line up to the required points.
