Dear Experts
I see the following errors when I try to extract DMRT in R. I have critically checked the values of replicates. Please suggest me the appropriate commands to resolve this problem. Moreover, earlier the same problem was detected but after changing the file name or place, the problem was resolved. I have also checked, there is no missing values.
