Hydroxyl radical OH (A,0)

At atmospheric pressure in DBD, spectra of air plasma do not contain hydroxyl radical OH (A,0), but spectra of argon/air plasma contain hydroxyl radical OH (A,0) at 309 nm.Why does it happen? What should be the logic behind this?
