اعتقد ان التكنولوجيا الوحيدة المستخدمة فى مصر هى التسخين الأومى وهى تستخدم فعلا فى معظم مصانع بسترة العصائر

فعلا مستخدمة فى مصانع كتير انا شفتها

As far as my knowledge is concerned, there is no industrial scale facilities in Egypt. There may be lab scale units for others except HP unit. We do have HP unit at KISR, Kuwait.

I think that there is a unit in cairo university has HHP, in the faculty of engineering or the faculty of agriculture, I don't remember exactly.
