I have a two-column accelerogram table (time, acceleration) that I would like to apply as a source term to Navier Stokes equations (body load to each cell).
Can you please let me know if you have any idea on how to do this in OpenFOAM (foam-extened4.0) ?

I'm not an expert on foam-extend, but couldn't find something relevant from browsing the source code there... But if OpenFOAM-8 or v2006 are acceptable, this source term seems perfect for your situation:

Since you are using foam-extend, I think the most efficient way is to read your file using basic C++ tools (ifstream). Then you have the acceleration, and you can follow buoyantBoussinesqPisoFoam or any multiphase solvers which have implemented gravity as a source term. Please let me know if this is not what you need.
Since I am not sure if you are familiar with C++, here is a base code for reading the file and defining acceleration (g0). You can change it according to your need.
