It can be well understood that technology made our life miserably.Anyone accept it or not but ,neither it increased anyone's life nor made world heaven.
Technology is just a tool, and like all other tools, it can have positive or negative effects on the work culture. It is important, however, that organizations have a clear roadmap for navigating current and emerging technology in the workplace
Impact of technology on work force is multidimentional. 1. The individual human skill and domain knowledge becomes less important while performing the work.
2. Robotazation of human work force.
3. Can beome more technology oriented than innovation and creativity oriented.
these are some of the negative impacts on human skill and working.
So far as productivity and consistant quality of work and ease of operation increases the confidence level, positive approach, incentives which makes the human do more work with the help of technology for given domain and adding latest technology is beneficail to both the individual and organizationa.
Tecnology motivates Multitasking without fear of making mistakes. From this is more favoured by organizations for improvement of bottom line.

It is possible to reduce the labor force because many of the, stations and life things were managed by the labor force and now it managed by computers and the Internet.
I agree with colleagues who have highlighted some positive and other negative impacts...
1: Technology has made workers life easy to work.
2: Although Technology has benefited us but people do loose jobs which is done by computers.
3: New Technolgies also create new Jobs.
4: Overall i can see Hihg Positive impact on Human lives.

IMHO, Technology will alienate us further from our work processes, ourselves, and from our colleagues. We will lose much needed intimacy from many others. At the global level, an increasing fracture will occur with and among a peoples. Those with disordered personalities will exert more power over us. As a BHC clinician, and as a veteran of the Vietnam Conflict, I've so often seen the dark side!

It is possible to reduce the labor force because many of the, stations and life things were managed by the labor force and now it managed by computers and the Internet.
Inevitably, advanced technology will play a major role in reducing the number of labor force and reducing its long-term skills, replacing it with the skills of modern technology, but still needs these cadres for its sustainability.

Negative impacts: job loss, feer of job loss, dehumanization, lost of identity, social isolation, increased level of stress.
Positive impacts: greater efficiency, productivity, reducement of cost, not wasting time on repetitive and monotonous activities and tasks...
The Positive Impact is that it makes work faster and easier while the Negative impact is that it displaces job.
