HPAEC-PAD novice here. I would like to do HPAEC-PAD on a mixture on 4 polysaccharides. One of them is hydrolyzed using 0.2M HCL and the others using 1.2M TFA. The protocol recommends using a centrifugal evaporator to dry the samples. I do not have access to a centrifugal evaporator and I am wondering if there is an easier alternative. Could I air dry the hydrolyzed samples instead? Or maybe use buffer exchange? Any advice would be much appreciated.

, thanks for the reply. I am more limited by the bureaucratic hoops I have to jump through to make the purchase rather than the funds. Hence, I am stuck with having to find an alternative, unfortunately. Did the issues that you mentioned have a huge impact on your results? Also how long did it take when you just let it air dry?
