I have measured the size of liposome suspension, I observed a 5% change in the size with in 12 days, "does the zeta potential changes accordingly or it is independent". "I have observed a decrease in zeta potential but the size remains the same". What does it indicates about the stability of liposome suspension.
Change in Liposome Zeta potential might be indicating a degradation of the lipids.
It should stay roughly the same even if the liposomes are fusing, i.e they get bigger. Unless they are chemically degrading that is in which case the surface of the liposome, which gives rise toi the zeta potential will be changing

Agree with Pierre A. Hanna..clarifying to that comment, Zeta poetntial should not be in between -30mv to +30mv more precisely.
