Hello everyone. I am doing RFLP to identify some yeast species and i need to know which restriction enzyme should i use for it? based on papers there are some restriction enzyme used for this but i didn't understand how they decided to use those enzymes. What is the reason to choose an enzyme to do RFLP?

C K Gomathy I used four restriction enzymes (Hha, Hae, Hinf, Dde) that were used in previous works and is mentioned in papers, but I could not find the reason behind choosing these enzymes, as there are lots pf different enzymes for RFLP method
