I want to present a framework for training ERP through an E-learning system in organizations (as a research paper). What's your suggestion and guideline to do this.
Provide e-training that fosters new skill and provides general information through on site ERP training facilitation by including the training strategy plan to encompass the end user training provided, independently among the several ERP system training, Starting with building up the course materials with the help of expert team by modifying software vendor documentation that fits perfectly as per the business requirements and processes. The software training documentation should cover all the requirements of the general staff of the organization who will eventually use the knowledge in their day to day operations and processes.
E-training might be possible via discussion of concrete case studies: e.g. how to solve this specific problem in research field A? What are the options to tackle the problem? Will different options result in different solutions/conclusions, or not, and why?
Why not building up a list of XXXX case studies in different research fields to allow training and discussion?
The Project description of ERP SAP E-LEARNING TRAINING COURSES is attached!
Using E-learning in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Training: A Case Study to Assist Curriculum Designers in Turkey is an article which presents results of a research on integration of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) e-Learning model into the university curriculum.
Ljubomir, thanks very much for citing an article that indicates what ERP stands for. Since I didn't know I was unable to answer the question. Now I don't need to anyway since your link to the article answers the question adequately. Maybe someday people will be courteous enough to define acronyms in their questions/answers. No one knows even a fraction of the millions of acronyms that exist so it would be proper to define them.
