We all know that English is an International Language . For the correct English Writing, certain grammar study is essential as it helps to write correct grammatical English . After this , it will be a good practice if you start talking with your friends or person who know English & thereby we can make a practice of speaking English .Besides one of the most important lesson to study English is to read a practice of reading book in English ,& keep our eyes on TV for news & other discussion on electronic media ,

This is my personal opinion

There are two kinds of English: Written and Alive. The best way to improve Live English is to speak regularly with native English speakers. Good hearing can greatly help to copy English language from a native speaker. Written English is studied only by the practice of writing English texts. You can use Google Translator to correctly write English texts. First, write short phrases in your native language and then translate into English. Learn the style of translation. Then translate the same phrase from English again into your native language. Look at the discrepancy between the translation and the original phrase in your native language. Then try to write the phrase in English so that the translation from English into your native language would give the original text. Multiple exercises will give good results. Participation in the Research Gate discussions will force you to write literate English texts, otherwise you will not be understood and you will be ashamed.To begin with, it's better to write using very short phrases, furtherr the skills and techniques will bear fruit and you will learn how to write without mistakes.

Training

I think the best way is travel to an English speaking country and don't be afraid to make mistakes in the beginning.

Generally, Language is a linguistic skill concerns with person's ability to conduct a sentence with new vocabularies to support his (or her) speech. So, I think everyone can improve his (or her) English Language by practice and listen carefully to those native English speakers.

Make self-evaluating about English is (7) approximately.

during the time of yours work and private life try to speak and write in bilingual - your native language and English,

and

during yours studies English thought, speak, write and listen to English only ;-D

I know this will be too much to read but i hope i can explain everything i have learned throughout my years of study in details and helpful for everyone as well.

I've seen many people say that traveling to countries that their mother tongue is English is kinda the best way because you find your self in a society which everyone around and speaks English fluently, even the advertisements can make an impact and effect you in a good way somehow and yet this method is expensive to some of us so there must be an alternative.

As a personal experience, I highly recommend watching TV series, Movies or any kind of shows you like the most but you should really focus on watching with an English Subtitle and this can be done by downloading the File and importing the Subtitle to the clip...

as for myself i have seen there were a huge improvements in speaking with a short period.

be advised that if u watch something while all the conversations were in English and the subtitle in a different language then you probably will need a huge amount of focus and a long period of time and eventually you will get bored because the results wont give that much satisfaction for you.
