How we can do corrections of abnormal pixels in Hyperion images using ENVI or ERDAS softwares ?
We do it before geometric corrections ?
Before classification ?
or we can do it after classification ?

Dear Hanane,
There is a Hyperion tool version that can be loaded with ENVI to help in eliminating many pixel wise effects such as atmospheric effects and smile effect (interpolate data to a common wavelength set). In addition to other information extraction such as output FLAASH scale factor, output wavelength and FWHM tables.
