I am trying to solve central composite design ANOVA table manually. It has total 30 number of runs which includes 16 factorial runs,8 axial runs and 6 center runs. so, far using regression method I am successfully getting the exact values of SSR sum of square regression), SSE(sum of square error), total sum of square and regression coefficients.But the problem is in determining the individual sum of squares for independent variables.
