The input energy is just the applied force (F) times the displaced distance (d) of the dampers.

Input energy = F x d

The energy dissipation would include frictional energy as the dampers move by impact and structural vibrational energy due to the force impacting the dampers.

You will need to know the dimensions of the dampers.
