We in village we don't have problem of production but we are facing a lot of problem related with market how technological advancement will support the small handler farmers🤔
Is there a way to generate a niche market for the crops? In Mexico, we have the example of blue maize, that was positioned with the help of restaurants chefs as a gourmet product, with emphasis on its nutritional benefits, sustainable production, biodiversity, etc..
There are many ways but formation of FPO for marketing, linking with eNAM may be helpful. Primary processing, development of solar based small size cold storage may also be helpful. More emphasis should be given to crops which are less perishable but have high value.
