Kindly suggest the solution of a above question rather i have already gone through Evaporation-condensation model available in it but did not get success.

It is good to know that you have already gone through Evaporation-condensation model which is available in Fluent.
However, my recommendation is to check the Book on "phase change", and try to understand the "theoretical background" of the "phase change process" in a transparent manner in the first place. And, then you should move forward to interpret the "theory of phase change" into "UDF".
To do so, you have to have a sound knowledge on C-programming language as Fluent readily accepts the UDFs which are written in C-programming language! Moreover, if a tiny mistake is made in C-coding, i.e. in your "UDF", then you have to suffer a lot to execute your "UDF" along with the "basic solver of Fluent"; this is why I have emphasized on C-programming!
Besides, the "Phase change process" belongs to the category of the "Multiphase System" of "Fluent". So, you have to know the "theoretical" background of Multiphase Fluid Dynamics. To obtain the "theoretical knowledge" of the topics as stated above, you can check any "Book" for your study; open sources [books, and research papers (review papers) are very rich in the area of your topics (i.e., Multiphase and Phase-change!).
Finally, if you would like to construct a Fluent accepted "UDF", then you have to know the meaning of necessary "Multiphase Macros" [for example, https://www.sharcnet.ca/Software/Fluent6/html/udf/node99.htm; you have to find the list of the "Macros" in your version].
It should be noted here that all "Macros" which are available in Fluent will not be necessary for your study! So, you have to put enough time to get familiar with the issues as discussed in the earlier sections. I believe that everything will be fine if you allocate enough time, and read the related literature in a careful manner! Anyway, all the best for your research.
