In my opinion, language style, manuscript typing, novelty , application and compatibility with journal topics are the most important requirements of good paper
Attached are two excellent files , the first one is a paper that entitled "Hints on Writing Technical Papers and Making Presentations, Victor O. K. Li, Fellow, IEEE", the second one is a presentation that entitled "Preparing your results for publication Maximising your chances to get your manuscript rapidly accepted, Hans Lambers, School of Plant Biology, The University of Western Australia, Perth, Australia".
Much as the writing method and language have a role to play towards communicating scientific findings, I think rejecting a scientific article entirely based on how it is written while the work is good cannot be a justified practice. It is better to give chances for improving such writing method and language much as the scientific part has been well taken care of. In some cases an author may be unpacking his/her scientific findings in a language which one is not very proficient then the chances are higher to that article not have been well written but the same author might have done justice to the scientific part.
Dear my suggestion is very simple and straight forward the journal you want to publish in ,go to it web site read and down load instructions for authors. Write your paper according to these directions . You will never get rejected Insha Allah . Further if you want some more just read few articles of that particular journal to get familiar with the style.
Different scientific journals have different acceptance criteria. For instance, some journals do focus on results and novelty and pay less attention to language supposing that the author would resend a better written copy of the paper. However, good shape, clarity and cohesion is a most in respectable journals.
It is very clear, but why does international scientific journal take a philosophical language in text rather than the scientific content/the essence of research ?
As per my idea, following steps may help: 1. Analyse your data by proper software. 2. Note the main findings.3. Search related previous works, particularly the recent works if not collected earlier. 4. Perform basic analysis of your findings under the light of previous works. Download some article of the targeted journal. The journal should be related with your topic and should be accustomed to publish articles related with your topic. 5. Try to follow the writing pattern of the published article.6. Write article following the pattern. 7. After completion of writing, keep it as if unnoticed for a period of 15 - 30 days. You may note any possible addition or alterations if such ideas come in your mind.8. After such a time gap, try to check your article. You will definitely able to identify many mistakes in it. 9. Re-write the article and send it to the journal.
