I think citations, Impact factor (IF) and H-index are good metrics. So ISI/WoS and Scopus sites are the best places you can check your performance. Also google scholar, Researchgate, Mendeley, Academia.edu, ... are free to check. Remember, in an academic setting, being able to critically evaluate information is necessary in order to conduct quality research. When you get more and more citation it means better quality work.
Many agencies are ready to claim themselves as the fittest one, experienced person knows the actual story behind them. As per my experience, none of the agencies are impertial. I advocate simple Google searching to get related articles. Then the researcher have to select the good articles from those.
There is no specific answer to your question but the time factor is important and there are many programs through which you can identify the originality and quality of scientific content
