Before answering this question it is worthwhile to study the theory of case study research. There are four main kinds of case study:
Critical
Unique
Revelatory
Exemplifying
In your methodology you need to explain what kind of case study you are using and why and also how you have implemented it.
Is using in-depth interviews going to give you the necessary data to account for the complexity and depth of your example or due you need to compliment this data collection technique with another one? How many interviews do you need? With whom? How long should they be? Etc.

I suggest you take a look at COREQ (Consolidated Criteria for Reporting Qualitative Research). It is a 32-item checklist for interviews and focus groups. It was very helpful to me. I hope it helps!
