I need to use the last state of my body (on which for example I made a tension test), as the starting configuration for another test.
Is using the .res file an option? If yes, how to do it?
Is there another way to do it, for example, transforming somehow the .odb file in an .inp file?
Any other idea is also welcome.

You can define multiple steps. In doing so, you will transfer all the history from step-1 to step-2 . It should work.

You can perform a restart analysis or - if you want to change the model - you can use solution mapping. Both are described in the manual.
Martin Baeker that is exactly what I would like to do, that is changing the model after the first deformation. I need to take the result as a new input file, and modify it.
Then just do it - it's explained in detail in the manual and there are examples in the examples manual as well (at least fr map solution).
I do not know if I understand it well, but check if the *Import command is what you are looking for.
The *Restart command may also work.
Go to import model and select the .odb file of the previous case. This will import the deformed mesh as a new model. Now in this, under initial step there is a pre-defined field option, in that go to initial state and write the Job name and Step name from where the data has to be imported for the selected instance. Now you can make the changes in the model and run the simulation by creating a new "full analysis" job. I hope that works. All the best
