How to work with CEFAPak?

Hi,

I have tried to install teh program "CEFAPak". After trying to unpack it in several different ways, the same problem keeps appearing over and over again: I cannot click on points 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the CEFAPakTool. Does anyone know this problem and have any hints what could be the reason?

And does anybody have an explanation of how to build the data matrix? It seems to be really complicate.
