I could not find a tutorial for data visualisation. Would you be able to help me? I could import my expression data (with protein ID, gene names, log2FC, adj p-value). But then it does not show any pathways, I have to select the pathways I want to look at myself. Would you know how to get the pathways that the proteins in my dataset are involved in? And eventually how to add the phosphorylation site information onto that?
