Dear Mr. Yaghoubi, the position of the fluorescence emission cannot be used as a fingerprint for distinguishing CQDs from other materials. That is due to the fact that the emission wavelength of the synthesized CQDs highly depends on many variables including their size, crystal structure, chemical structure, their surrounding medium (e.g. solvent polarity and existence of other concomitants), and even their concentration. By changing any of these factors, you may observe various fluorescence emissions with different colors in the visible-near-IR region. If you are looking for a method to prove that your product is CQD, I suggest you take the Raman spectrum of your sample which is considered a valid evidence in this regard.
