I have a microscopy video (frames as stacks in a .tiff) which was acquired using a times series consisting of:

13 frames from time 0 to time 2:00, 1 frame taken every 10 s,

12 frames until 12:00 (1 frame taken every 1 min).

The menu point Image>Stacks>Label allows me to add the time for the 13 first frames with starting value 00:00 and an interval of 10 for the range 0-13, and a second label starting at 180 (s) with an interval of 60 for frame 14-25.

Since I have many videos with different setups of time series, I am wondering whether there is another option in ImageJ that allows you to use the time information that is directly stored in the individual frames of the original data, instead of manually creating these layers for every different series.

Does anybody have any advice?
