I want to measure MDA on drought-stressed ryegrass. I have found a lot of papers and instructions on the internet how to measure it, but the procedure and concentrations are always a bit different.

Are these experience based values?

Another important thing to know is if I can keep the freshly cut grass in the refrigerator for later examination.
