If you want to have Quasi-Static, you have to use Dynamic Implicit.

From the Basic window (after choosing dynamic implicit) you need to choose quasi-static from "Application" at the bottom. You also may need to define an amplitude.

Static Risk analysis can be very helpful it you intend to do a force-controlled analysis because you can define Arc Length to simulate the snapback of force occured in your specimen. Other than that, you can also use quasi-static analysis format by selecting dynamic implicit step.
