How to use qPCR lentivirus titer kit?

I recently bought virus titration kit (qPCR lentivirus titer kit) for determining how many virus particles per volume are inside a sample.

I collected the supernatant from the transfection medium. so I tried to use the kit.

but in the protocol, it says I need to dilute the virus to 10^6 IU/mL.

I don't know how to measure my sample as IU/mL unit.

Can you help me out?
