How to use Pk and WindowDiff measurement in Text Segmentation by nltk or segeval package?

I am looking for example how to use how to use segeval or nltk.metrics.segmentation package for measuring text segmentation performance.

I need to measure Pk and WindowDif for segmented text.

Till now I have implemented by my own but not sure if threse programs are working as benchmark.
