I have spectral data- intensity and wavelengths for different types of lamps. I want to distinguish type of lamp based on these reference spectra. How should I use statistical package having inbuilt tools of PCA/Discriminant Analysis to categorize the data?
Any advice or direction to right resources would be useful. Thank you.
Saurabh Shekhadar If a particular principal component is found to consistently exhibit class separations in its score plots with other principal components then its loadings plot should be examined.
