I want to repair the missing residues of a protein using modeller. I tried with the tutorial given on the modeller wiki page (http://salilab.org/modeller/wiki/Missing%20residues) but it is not very clear to me. It would be a great help if anybody would like to share a protocol for the same.

I just had a look at the tutorial, it seems quite understandable to me. So, if you have more precise questions I might be able to help. What is it exactly that you don't understand ?
This looks like a wonderful place. I have never used any modelling tool, and just started using modeller, thanks everyone!!
