How to use FLUENT to remove NOX from flue gas without simulating combustion by SNCR method?

hi.I have a method but I don't know if it is correct.

The NOX concentration inlet boundary is defined directly at the sectional inlet of the boiler flue, and the gas reaction mechanism (SNCR seven-step reaction and urea two-step decomposition reaction) is imported into FLUENT.

Because SNCR has a temperature window（1373K-1123K） for reaction, but I don't know how to define the reaction interval in FLUENT.Or the imported gas reaction mechanism can automatically react in the reaction window?
