I'm working on a fuzzy-AHP and I want to make the questionnaires using expert choice. when I make the questionnaires, this program does not make questionnaire for sub-criteria (SC).I attached a sample hierarchy and if I want to be more specific how can I find the importance between (for example) SC11 and SC21 using a questionnaire?
because there is no questionnaire for that.

Since c2 is a sub-criterion of C, I think it is not possible given the assumption of AHP on the independence among the criteria.

Could anyone provide me an Excel file relating the calculation procedure of Fuzzy AHP and the related paper for which the excel file is applicable? I think Morteza Dehghan has provided the file. However, I appreciate with English title.

C1-C4: 27/5, 6, 45/7
c4-C1: 7/45, 1/6, 27/5;
I think it should be 5/27 when C4 is compared with C1. Am I right?
Moreover, the degree of possibility, on page 1255, Starting from V(M2>=M1)......, may contain some error.
