Our school has a Galvano-Potentiostat (VMP3 model) which can perform several electrochemical tests. However, none of our school laboratory assistants know how to operate and we can't find the required information on how to operate it online. We would like to ask for your help by giving a step-by-step procedure in doing the tests (Cyclic Voltammetry, Chronoamperometry, and Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy) for the performance analysis of our Microbial Fuel Cell and our electrode samples.

Actually EC-Lab is able to perform CV, CA and EIS for your application.
Could you explain exactly what do you need?

The manufacturer said that our equipment cannot perform Chronoamperometry. So the methods such as CV and EIS are the only methods left that we can use.
However, we currently have a platinum rod and a glassy carbon rod and no reference electrode. Is it possible to have 2 electrode CV in our Microbial Fuel Cell? Same as to the EIS procedure.
I need a set-up using the EC equipment which analyzes a fuel cell via the methods mentioned. Currently, we have no reference in analyzing fuel cells using the equipment. We hope you have relative documents to help us perform these tests.

You can also use PEIS technique to perform impedance measurement. Most people use a polarization technique at first analysis on fuel cells.
