I'm working on lichen metabolites, and I need to characterize my extracts by chromatography, especially LC-MS /MS which I prefer, but unfortunately, the forensic toxicological laboratory where I have done LC-MS /MS analysis, their database is poor in lichen metabolites, so, I want to know, if I can add the molecular mass of the major substances manually. or it's not worthy?
