Goodmorning dear colleague ;
I use acetone solvent at 85° concentration to extract polyphenols from my plant, to remove acetone I use a rotary evaporator at 45°C, but it still water in my round bottom flask, I'm asking about different ways to eleminate water without affecting my component.

Dear Ouiza Khiari thank you for your interesting technical question. The most effective way to remove residual water would be to apply a better vacuum, e.g. by using an oil pump. Then it should be possible to remove the remaining water at temperatures around 40 °C without affecting your extracted compounds.
Ouiza Khiari, if you are not in hurry and the volume of the water is not much, put the residue in a hood with nice ventilation overnight/over the weekend will also remove water, esp for sticky solid residue.

If your component has less volume of water and soluble in acetone, dilute it with acetone once again, dry over anh. MgSO4 or Na2SO4 and distill the acetone over rotary evaporator or air dry.

It may be dried with anhydrous magnesium sulfate or anhydrous sodium sulfate and then filtered.
