My support values from IQtree are all categorized as "hidden branch data." I've tried renaming the data ID, setting default node/branch data columns, and exporting my columns as a table and re-importing but none of this gives me visible support values.
Is there a way to turn a hidden branch data column into visible support values?

I'm sorry - it's actually my tree from MrBayes that has this problem, not my IQtree.
MrBayes stores most of its annotations in hot comments within Newick tree descriptions. When these are imported into TreeGraph 2, they are stored as hidden node data by default. If you want to show these values as text labels you would have to copy the contents of the respective column to a text label column. (There is currently no way to change the type of a column, therefore copying is necessary.)
You can do that by selecting "Edit" -> "Node/branch data" -> "Copy column..." from the main menu. There you have to select the hidden node data column as the source and a new text label column as the target. (The new column will need to have a different ID then the existing one. If your hidden node data column is, e.g., "myData", the new text labels could be named "myDataLabels".)
