i have some genes that screened out using of transcriptome and confirmed using qpcr.

these genes are responsible in resistance to pesticides in plutella xylostella which is a cabbage pest. i am going to knock out these genes using of crispercas9.before strating crisper i want to besure about these genese that are functional and responsible in resistance. i need your help.
