after some of my particles aggregate I remove the remaining dispersion and use that (which does not have precipitation) ....how do I get the concentration of this new solution? what are the instrumental techniques? aside from weighing and subtract from the initial amount.....
some instruments are available for concentration measurement, but an instrument will give particular materials conc not for all so check which material's concentration you want that instrument is available or not.
Common way to answer your question is measurements of light scattering by your solution. There are numerous commercially available tools for such measurements, produced, for example, by Malvern corporation, but even simple laser source and photodiode can give you estimation of your parameters. Preliminary calibration by measurements of scattering by solutions of known concentration is very useful. Only you should be careful that your concentration is not too high in meaning that multiple scattering effect have to be weak. Even in such conditions you can obtain correct result by known dilutions of your sample.
