The exclusion and inclusion of material in the databases is done by database producers. Usually most of what is indexed in the Web of Science is also indexed in Scopus. So, I do not see where is the problem.
How to transfer the publications from ORCID/ReasearchID to Scopus?
As I know, ORCHID collaborates with Scopus for identifying authors who have the indexed papers. People can register and upload their paper to ORCHID, but only the indexed papers by Scopus which can be transferred to the database. It is also happened to ResearchID and WoS.
One can import the data from scopus but how can export the publications in to socpus? We can add the publications to ORCID from scopus, but vice versa is possible?
You can get in contact with Scopus and fill in a form giving the job details (DOI, ISSN,...) and a PDF.
Good luck

Bottom line is: The journal in which you published must be indexed in Scopus, to move it from Orcid to Scopus. I just got this message when I filled out the form and uploaded the PDF to request that my article be added:

Dear Susan Toth-Cohen,
Please be advised that the journal in which your article was published is not indexed in Scopus, therefore your paper cannot be added to our database. For more details on the Scopus Content Coverage Policy, please refer to the following web page:
If you would like to send a suggestion to the Scopus Content Selection and Advisory Board for this journal to be indexed in Scopus, please complete the Title Suggestion Form at: http://suggestor.step.scopus.com/suggestTitle.cfm
We strive to evaluate new title suggestions as quickly as possible; however, it may take up to one year for the review process to be completed. If you have made a suggestion and would like to receive an update on the evaluation process, please send your enquiry to [email protected].
If I can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Not all journals indexed in scopus are indexed in web of science, in fact they are not so many. AS far as i know, both databases indexes articles automatically and no need for manual addition. Thus, you may only request for addition or editing your scopus profile
The popular thing I know is that u can import scopus publications via ORCID functionality of searching and linking works. But from ORCID to scopus, I have never heard or tried that. Good luck
It is not possible to manually export references from your ORCID page to SCOPUS. You can submit documents direct to Scopus by editing your author profile and searching missing documents. However, the article must exist at the Scopus database and indexing on the Scopus database takes much longer than the updates that occurs automatically on your ORCID page. Another problem is that the journal in which the article was published may not be included in the Scopus database.
Try to use the "help" of Scopus. Exporting references from one database to another is not the function of the author, but that of the publisher. you may approach the publisher of your paper about indexing your paper.
Since Scopus to ORCID is possible and ORCID to Scopus is not possible, the only way to do that is by using manual addition for those that are not seen automatically.

The problem that I usually face that there are some journals that claim on their sites that they are Scopus-indexed while they aren't. On the other hand, other journals hide the facts by saying some tricks like Scopus (2020) or Scopus (2013).
For instance, one of the journals says at its main portal that it is indexed in Scopus. But I don't find it on the Scopus list. I have written many emails to them, they always ignoring me!
The attached file is an Excel sheet that contains the last updated list. You can download the last version anytime by click on "Scopus source list" from the Scopus portal: https://www.scopus.com

I have Scopus indexed journals publications and the list of my publications is available on the ORCID page, but my details are not available on the list of authors produced by Scopus.
As far as I can see ‘everything’ is already working. Your Scopus ID https://www.scopus.com/authid/detail.uri?authorId=57580876100 and ORCID ID https://orcid.org/0000-0002-1554-6247 are coupled.
Back to your question I think it is best to be patient, some journals take more time to send all meta-data to Scopus and I think ORCID take some time to update their database as well. In advance you can add a paper manually:
