in this case i prefer to take it directly by abutments and if there is sever angulation i used angled abutments  

the easiest is to customize the abutment(s) by reducing its (their) jamming extension (but only there)

TAKE IMPRESSION DIRECTLY FROM ABUTMENTS REDUCING THEIR  WIDTH NEAR THE CERVICAL AEREA

When the implant bodies are too closed together, I will use the prefabricated gold-palladium cylinders.  Lute them together and then take a pick-up impression.  The impression and cylinders are most usually on abutments and not at the implant level.. A second method is to first construct a screw retained provisional prosthesis, verify its fit and then take an open tray pick up impression.

When the implants are too close I reduce the diameter of impression posts for passive seating in the implants, tie these impression posts, and use open tray for pick up impression.
