I have tried to synthesize many concentrations of chitosan beta-glycerophosphate hydrogel. But I cant see the thermo sensitivity of the synthesized product. Kindly suggest me the better protocol for the thermo hydrogel synthesis.

What is the temperature that you are testing?. Please note that the transition temperature can range between 20ºC-80ºC depending on chitosan physico-chemical properties (Mainly deacetylation degree), polymer concentration, type of glycerol used...Also the type of acid used to dissolve chitosan ( acetic, chloridric...) can sligtly alter the process.
