Madam,

Step-1 : I wash my contaminated rootes with deionized water 4-5 times followed by sodium hypochlorite wash for 10-15 min for decontamination... Roots are again washed by deionized water 4-5.

Step2: I repeat the process with lower concentration of sodium hypochlorite.

I transferred both step 1and 2

root samples on MS media....until now root are not showing any symptoms of contamination....but growth of the roots is very slow.
