This one is for you chemists/chemical engineers out there.

I have a fuel, tall oil pitch, that I want to burn mixed with ordinary air in an industrial burner for heat generation.

The tall oil pitch consists of: [C (80%), H(11%), N(0,1%), O2(8%)]

I want to calculate the stoichiometry need for air when considering different amounts of excess O2 - even no excess O2.

For instance, how much air would I need for a mass flow of 1000 kg/h tall oil pitch, and a desired excess O2 of 3,5%?

Anyone who can help me, given the information above?

Or is this impossible with this limited information?
