As you know the nature of split mouth design is paired, however when we have both split mouth RCTs and Parallel RCTs:
1) Can we summarize and merge both study designs in one analysis?
2) should we find External Correlation amount for split mouth design?
3) generally, How to do meta-analysis with split mouth designs?

I did not work on it. I heard about it from individuals working in my team. It is okay to use the split-mouth design with parallel RCTs merged together, however, I would advise making distinct subgroups for parallel studies vs. split-mouth designed studies.
In some cases, it is useful to extract statistics from tables or data- if provided- and analyze each mouth part or quadrant along with side similar study groups from other included studies sharing same intervention.
